very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

Excellent resort! Definitely would come back. Beach staff was the best ever. Especially Wilson! Best attitude of anywhere we’ve been. The only complaint I would have is for a property such as this I think the landscape maintenance needs a lot of attention!

The most memorable experience we have had in a long time. The beauty of the DR is preserved in this ocean side resort. The sound of waves crashing against rock speaks to the soul. We slept with our balcony door open to enjoy every second of the relaxing environment. Mia, our concierge, made sure our every want was attended. The staff is welcoming and so very friendly. You will not regret a trip here.

We truly enjoyed the day and the service from Gustavo was simply kind and amazing! He is an absolute gem to this place with his warm heart and beautiful smile! We never get tired of coming here to Eden Roc as it holds a special place in our hearts!

Eden Roc Beach Club makes the paradise even better. All the staff are incredibly nice and make you feel at home. For family, couple, or relaxing destination you must come to Eden Roc Cap Cana beach club. My special thank you to Wilson!

Went here just before Christmas. In our experience the place is not super busy the week before holidays. We had a beach bungalow with direct view of the ocean and an infinity pool. The rooms are very nice with good beds, great bathrooms. The beach club is great for breakfast. We tried all the three restaurants on-site and had amazing food. Certainly coming back.

Always a wonderful experience. Wilson was an excellent server, he had a smile on his face morning, noon and night!!!!! My favorite is La Palapa for their tomahawk steak. Riva bar has very fancy cocktails and when they have the piano player, it changes the ambiance of the whole experience.
