Best Spa Hotel in Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh

The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

It is about a 25-minute drive from the airport and the hotel can provide a shuttle service. The bus costs $ 7.5 per person and the special car costs $ 35. The hotel's internal facilities are complete. The luxurious sea-view suites we ordered can enjoy free steaming and spa services. Extra beds and cots are available. The only drawback is that the food is not rich enough. The Middle Eastern-style buffet has almost no Chinese food. You can order coffee, local drinks and other special drinks. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. In addition, the hotel is near Farsha coffee, 3 minutes by taxi.

This was an Amazing 7 night all inclusive break the hotel is kept immaculate and all staff are the most polite and welcoming I have ever experienced.Food is very good huge choice and drinks too.All specialty restaurants are available with Italian the best in our opinion.The beach is just beautiful with crystal clear sea and views are amazing with the best to offer in swimming around the coral reefs accessible via a jetty. Room was huge and immaculately maintained by Fathalla so polite. Buffet was excellent choice accompanied by excellent waiter service from Ahmed again nothing too much to assist. Beach beds & towels drinks awesome pair of Mohammed & Ali made it relaxing and stress free. Overall I would Highly recommend this Amazing hotel with the Best staff and location just the perfect holiday and being our first visit to Egypt. Management is also so friendly and willing to assist to make your holiday the best you could wish for. We already looking to book again and re visit a massive thank you to all at Sunrise Montemare Resort you definitely have it right for the perfect holiday in the sun. Room 1207 is a good choice and highly recommend upgrade and late check out at the hotel don’t use travel agent or TUI far more cheaper and accommodating.

Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~ Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

The location of the hotel is good and the overall environment is okay. What needs improvement is that the hotel facilities are a bit outdated. The air conditioner doesn't work very well, some lamps are broken, the lights don't work, and slippers and drinking water are not provided. I hope this can be improved.

We stayed for a week in Feb/March. Staff - excellent service . They are helpful. We liked that they asked for feedback and fixed any issues we were having. Anna the customer advisor listened and acted if you spoke to her. Staff were first class😊 Food - we enjoyed the food there is a range of salads and variety of dishes everyday. We really enjoyed it. The little cakes are nice. If you are looking for English Wetherspoon food then this won’t met your expectations. Instead it was healthy and enjoyable lots of fresh salads.Only improvement that could be made is better coffee at breakfast. Pool- we used the 2 roof top pools. The activity one is heated, the adult one not- so was abit cold but we were here in February. There are poolside activities which included darts , stretches, water polo and aqua fit. We found these fun. It can be busy at the pool. Ambiance- the hotel is being refurbished and you can see how they are improving. Many of the other guests were Russian and hotel staff spoke English, Russian and possibly other languages. The entertainment was good although we don’t normally stay in hotels with entertainment, so haven’t a lot to compare it to. Library - exchange of books Outside the hotel - there is a supermarket 5 minute walk and 20 minutes to beach. You are close to old town , markets etc.. the hotel does a shuttle bus to 2 beaches. They weren’t fancy but it does enable you to swim in the Red Sea. This hotel maybe doesn’t have the huge grounds than some others do but it does have great staff. Tip - if getting food at the airport on way home it’s really expensive paid $32 American dollars for 2 Burger King meals. We would go back.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2024 for 10 nights. The hotel is only a 10 minute taxi drive from the airport and close to everything only 20 minutes away from Soho Square and about 30 minutes from Nama Bay. If you go out the hotel there are some shops to look around and a few restaurants. The hotel is amazing reception is lovely & the reception staff were welcoming Mr Sayed Essam Room Divison Manager was great made sure we had everything we needed during our stay when ever we seen him around the hotel he always asked how things were and if we were enjoying ourselves nothing was too much trouble for him always there with a smile making sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was fantastic very spacious large walk in shower it has a hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini fridge with stocked with water and a large TV it was cleaned every day to a very high standard, as was the whole hotel it was spotless. Lots of different pools for you to choose from you can have a quiet holiday or an active one. The pools are kept clean and have life guards on all of them Mohamed Mazen is great around the pool if you need a sun shade or another cushion he is there to help. Water slides are good for all ages and there are 2 pools with children’s slides also there is a child’s play area. Crazy Golf, table tennis and pool tables. The food is good something for everyone it can get quite busy in the restaurants the guys in there will help you find a seat you can just walk around picking what you want from fresh pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, different meats and children’s food. Essan in the restaurant is fantastic. Good selection of food for breakfast eggs, cereal, fruit and lots more. Dinner in the Club Mac is good for a snack Burgers, Pizzas, Fries and salads. I would recommend you visit the White elephant it’s really lovely food and Abdula in there is brilliant very attentive. Lots of different bars to choose from and the guys are great always very busy but never stop smiling again they go over and beyond to make sure you are ok. Sayed Arab, Ashraf Elsherbeny, Osama, Mostafa, Mahmoud Saad, Mohammed Ossam, Ahmed Hamdy far too many to mention these are just a few they are outstanding. Lovely coffee bar in the lobby. I visited the Spa and had a massage it was very good I would recommend. The hotel has a large jetty you can sun bathe on or stroll down and dive off the end if you don’t want to dive in you can see the fish as you walk down it’s a lovely walk. A big thank you to Sabry Sabry lovely man and again always makes sure you have everything you need to have a great holiday. We have booked again for June and January 2025 with friends.

After my last visit in 2007, I read a lot of bad comments on this hotel. But don't believe the bad things you read! Excellent service! Excellent location! People are very friendly and do everything in their power to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned very well every single day! The food is good. Every meal has something for everyone. The chef's at the live coocking working hard to provide you a nice dish of their specialties. Whenever you have a request, if its at the reception, the pool or the restaurant, they help you in any way they can. We went out to Naama Bay a few times. Taxi service in the hotel. For only 10 euro they will bring you and pick you up again whenever you want. The beach is the best I ever had. Go into the sea at the jetties and you will find the most beautiful marine-life. Want to try diving? In the hotel is an excellent diving school. ANAR Dive Center. Bony and Jimmy, thank you for the great experience! Okey... not everything is glamourous! The singer in the evening could maybe expand his songs and sing-capabilities. The shops inside the resort did had their best years a long time ago. But you dont come to this hotel for the shops and the songs ;-) Amazing that, after 17 years the staff still remembered me! We did 3 sessions at the Spa but to be honest, thats a waste of money. They don't really know what they are doing... My wife's back was all blue and black and my back hurts for 3 days so better to avoid the SPA. To close my review, I want to recommend the Beauty salon!!! Alex did a wonderfull job on my wifes hair! She never had such a beatifull haircut as from Alex! We will return this September and all goes well, we will return twice a year.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again
