外面遊客中心辦理入住很不方便，但是進了景區觀光車直接送到酒店門口景色夜景挺好看的，前台小琳的服務很到位很不錯，景區環境也不錯，酒店設施齊全，叫車退房也很方便，退房提醒登記車牌，房間佈局也還可以，早餐在天元餐廳，要出了酒店往上走一點點，不是很方便，下次還會再來的，有需要下次可以再來這裏體驗遊玩一次，過幾天神仙日子～

酒店小琳的服務很好 下次還會選擇這個酒店 走的時候還給我們送了香囊 晚上的表演特別好看特別喜歡特別的多 退房的時候還可以寄存行李在前台 然後再去上面去遊玩 景區的山景也很好 還給我們發了停車卷免費的 還跟我們一起在路上等車 聊挺多的 小姑娘人很熱情 給她點個大大的贊 下次還會繼續來這邊遊玩的

朋友兩天一夜遊，真的景美，環境好，裏面的工作人員都很熱情，酒店也非常乾淨環境好，月染前台小姐姐知道我們要趕車，還會主動幫我們聯繫觀光車送我們到景區口，非常愉快的一次旅行

度假區裏不是台階就是斜坡，對於長者出遊非常不方便。先説停車和入園，停車場離遊客中心要走一會兒，帶着長者拿行李走到遊客中心，還需要爬一段台階，長者家説累。入園後乘車也等了10分鐘，司機講話聽不懂導致我們錯過酒店跟着其他人到了別的酒店。再説入住和用餐，本就下午兩點後到的，房間居然沒有收拾好，存了行李景區轉了一圈長者有些累，返回酒店又等了一會房間才收拾好。辦入住時有位客人想多要一張房卡，居然要收20元按金。頭回碰到這種事情。房間內拖鞋上面寫着免費使用帶走收費20元，環保拖鞋。這讓我們感覺萬一消毒不到位怎麼辦？我們反正沒敢用。需要走出去百十米吧，統一在一個獨立餐廳裏面。酒店裡沒有餐廳。總之體驗感極差。不會再來。
