房間很乾凈，姐姐很熱心，有什麼問題都幫忙解決，想去哪哪好玩問她就對了。周邊都是景點，去哪都很方便。有時間再來多住幾日。

房間乾淨温馨，生活設施，用品齊全，地理位置優越，吃住行都非常的方便，走路去海邊衹需十分鐘，房東王姐非常的和善，親和力很強，以後來青島必選的民宿。👍🏻

真的很乾凈衞生，跟之前住的大不同。房東很熱情，一看就是很會生活的人，房間哪兒哪兒收拾的都是乾乾淨淨，住着放心，不像有的地方啥東西都覺得臟、不敢用。唯一的一點小遺憾就是停車不太方便，道路稍微有點窄，打車也不太方便，得走幾步路。但是去海邊棧橋啦什麼的很方便。

體驗感覺良好，房東待人很好，熱情周到，房間很舒適，我們一家四口住了兩天，白天出去玩，晚上回來還能自己做飯，工具齊全，自己買點海鮮自己煮太棒了，外麪店裏吃太貴了，還容易被坑。就在總督府舊址後面，建築很有特色。

配套是蠻齊全的，比較乾淨，老闆娘也是很客氣，打車進來不太方便，一般打到外面馬路走進來，還好一點，房間比較小，合適兩個人住，親子部推薦
