A very cozy homestay hotel, a two-minute walk to the south is the sea, and a 6-minute walk to the north can go to Xinzhan Road to buy food. In short, it is very convenient. The boss is also very nice, giving people a very warm feeling. The pictures of the hotel arrived at night and I was too tired to take pictures. In the morning, you can get up early and go to the back door to see the sea. It's so pleasant!

民宿很温馨，大廳用品很齊全，自助辦理入住非常方便，老闆響應很及時。前台的小藍很可愛，看的出老闆很用心。地理位置很好，走一會兒就到海邊了，交通也特別方便，旅遊淡季性價比也很高，以後再來還會考慮住這裏！

很滿意！！衞生很乾凈，會及時收走垃圾。環境也很好很安靜，除了走廊有時候説話不太隔音，但也正常。服務非常好！加老闆微信辦理的入住和退房，很適合社恐人！還跟門口的小藍前台合影了~屋內設施齊全，裝飾簡約，水龍頭也有熱水~離五四廣場就一站公交/地鐵，交通很方便！
有幾個小地方：1，窗户雖然有防盜窗但是那個卡扣是沒有的，所以每天拉着窗簾。2，進門玄關的燈有點要壞了，一閃一閃的，我這幾天也沒咋開它。
但都不礙事！總體很滿意~如果以後有機會再來青島玩或者朋友來的話會推薦住這裏🥰

服務：自助入住，聯繫店家回覆也很快。
環境：房間窗户上面一半是對着外面馬路地面，本來以為會吵，但是還好。
衞生：還挺乾淨的，床上沒有毛髮，桌面無浮灰。
設施：還不錯，手機掃碼連接無線網後，看片可以投影到電視上。
附近吃飯有個“湛山市場”有超市和吃飯的地方，打的盒飯好吃便宜。

民宿是自助形式，入住退房都很方便，沒有收按金什麼的，距離第三海水浴場非常近，來回步行很方便，非常適合短期旅行專門玩海，還能遇到當地釣魚，遊海泳的大爺，點外賣也很方便，有問題可以在線求助老闆，回答很及時。給的門禁卡沒用上，沒找到門，一直靠外賣小哥從裏面開。房間不小，老居民樓窗户小顯得暗。房間有電視但沒內存看不了，床單被套很新，淋浴地方太小不方便，坐便位置也很窄。因為靠近路邊，噪音較大，周邊很多長者早五六點就晨練了，淺眠的盆友要注意下，衞生間下水不及時，一直開着換氣扇就沒味道了。公共區域有衞生間，冰箱，微波爐，休息的沙發，不過冰箱裏腥味重，入門沙發有點臟了。
