衞生環境特別好乾凈，設施齊備！免費的東西該有的一樣不缺！還有老闆是東北人，特別熱情，服務態度嘎嘎好，讓我感覺到一種回家的感覺，而且交通特別便利，出門就是地鐵，公交站，去哪裡玩特方便！我在這裏住了兩晚，舒服！下次再來青島首選！

老闆人很好，本來訂的沒有窗户的房間，到了之後老闆看帶着孩子，給免費升了一個有窗户的房間，停車廠停車是免費的，就在賓館門口，拿東西不用走太遠。
