青田最好的酒店了！房間不大卻處處體現了周到細緻的服務。服務很好，前台接待彬彬有禮，向客房服務提出的增加2瓶飲用水的要求能及時得到解決。每天送夜宵、水果到房間，很是暖人；房間乾淨，洗髮護膚品都是英國品牌，真是僑鄉才會有的待遇啊！另外早晨自助餐很豐盛，咖啡特別好喝，多謝了！
唯一不足的是房間隔音效果不太好，希望可以改進設施！

石都、僑鄉，非旅遊城市，遊客不多，酒店商務客人為主。元宵節酒店早餐安排了湯圓，暖心的！
僑鄉經濟，青田的消費不低，城市洋氣，咖啡店、西餐廳隨處可見。

房間環境啥的都沒問題，有問題的是前台的服務，入住時辦理入住辦理了很久，業務不熟練，第二天中午12點半電話打來問是否續住，住過很多酒店，這家酒店的服務態度算是很差了，接通電話問説要不要續住，連句你好都沒有，我回復説不續住，又很語氣強硬地和我説那下午兩點前要退房......誰不知道下午兩點前要退房呢，語氣真是不好，像是欠她錢了，避雷

房間特別的小不值，這個價格服務也很一般。衞生不怎麼樣，主要是空間太小了，裏面的設施和普通的快捷酒店沒有什麼區別，根本憑不上什麼星級酒店。
