服務差到了極點，沒有入住，到店一看，和圖片直接不符，前台告知沒有熱水，去找平台退款，平台説酒店不同意退款，酒店説直接找平台，最後沒入住，顯示入住！平台和酒店都未處理！目前正在持續投訴中

格霖特棒棒的，這次來入住變化太大了，老闆重新裝修，環境特別好，就連床單被罩都是新換的，而且價錢比以前還便宜，真的很實惠，老闆人也很熱情招待，大家來慶陽就住格霖特賓館，

地理位置好，環境好，周邊吃飯，交通都方便。服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心，必須給個贊！大堂明亮，通風好，總的來説還是不錯的，房間比較大，乾淨整潔，該有的都有！

服務一點都不好，洗髮水沐浴露都沒有，更離譜的是客房連水都沒有，訂房的時候上面寫着礦泉水免費，結果住進去一看沒水下去要了一瓶礦泉水還收我兩塊錢，這是為什麼，坑人嗎

衞生特別差，與照片嚴重不符，房子説是2023年裝修的，結果就像10年前一樣，空調不能用，廁所很臟，沒有一次性拖鞋，巨差無比。希望你們選擇這家巨差無比的賓館之前，看一下評論。
