酒店很大，細節不行。前台服務員業務水平較低，房卡號碼寫錯，開不了門。床上被子還有窟窿。

歡迎水果啥的根本就沒見着，房間內設施老舊，剛進房間就看到窗户紗窗掉了下來，打電話跟前台説卻一直沒人去修，雖然是九樓但是晚上有很多蚊子，房間裏的取電開關是個擺設，房間裏有一半的等打不開，衞生間花灑頭是壞的，衞生間吊頂有個洞，房間空調不管用，早餐種類很少，數量也不多，八點十幾分去的，有一半的菜都已經沒了，而且一直沒見有工作人員加菜。

第一天沒有熱水，第二天衞生紙及飲用純凈水都要主動去要才能拿到，並故意安排團隊入住隔壁對面嘈鬧不斷，儘管入住時一再強調要求要安靜無煙環境，但一個也沒有實現，差評！！！

該酒店是市政府的接待酒店。有氣派。地理位置優越，門口就是公交站。客房用品齊全；早餐品種較豐富，服務好。性價比非常高！強烈推薦。

服務最為致命，差到不可思議。入住時前台服務員居然和我吵了一架。服務員拿走我身份證辦理入住，面部表情冷若冰霜，一臉的嫌棄和不耐煩，甚至是鄙夷不屑的，十分明顯。辦理過程中開始接電話，打電話到6、7分鐘後我催促了一下，讓她辦完我的入住再打電話，結果原來的是回懟我，最後變成了吵架。作為慶陽市政府接待的主力賓館，這裡是個對外的窗口，全市上下為招商引資傾盡全力，而這個重要的窗口卻給客人極其糟糕的印象。我兩次找主管，讓主管給總經理反映此事，讓總經理給我電話，想給總經理提升服務的建議，始終沒有人理會。為家鄉建設，我傾盡全力在吆喝，但是每當有客人到慶陽賓館時，我都為我們糟糕的服務而深感慚愧，實在讓人難堪。這不是解決不了的問題，是管理者對此視而不見，習以為常導致的。是管理者對城市，對家鄉形象的不愛護導致的，十分讓人痛心，讓人失望！
