The location of the hotel is easy to find. The room is spacious and clean. There are white and black teas in the room. We arrived in the afternoon. 第一晚過來，逛了逛周邊，雖然對面商業街肯德基半天妖烤魚茶百道什麼的看着都有，卻沒有人氣，河道也黑乎乎的，心裏有點懊悔沒訂古城裡的住宿。不過睡了一覺，發現酒店不僅環境乾淨整潔，還超級安靜，洗澡熱水充足，中央空調沒有什麼聲音，住着很適宜。等到吃早餐，就很哇塞啦！中餐炒菜口味真不錯，雞蛋豆漿雜糧，內容很豐富。咖啡是機器現磨的，很滿意。麪條現煮，小孩大愛。我還嚐了煎餅卷大葱，算是山東特色，南方人也覺得不錯。白天上午去駝山回來休息兩小時，下午慢悠悠走到古城，路上沿着河邊走，有水有橋，也還算愜意。總之，風評逆轉，五分推薦！

地理位置不錯，打車方便定位，還有停車場。臨時住一晚，沒去附近逛，叫外賣還是挺方便，還有機器人送餐。房間整體乾淨整潔，工作人員態度也挺好。由於入住時間比較晚，給免費升級了房型，501在電梯的右側，衹有這一間所以相對安靜，睡眠質量不好的人很是鬆了一口氣。此外工作人員還同意了我延遲兩小時退房的需求，最後我提前出發了一會兒，於一點一刻退房。
有一點希望改進，辦理入住時我提前説了由於睡眠質量不好，入睡困難，早上請不要打電話提醒，我會按時退房。但工作人員可能忙忘記了所以還是打了電話。我天亮才睡，結果10點就被叫醒了。希望以後備要顧客的需求時能更細緻一些。也提醒有類似睡眠障礙的朋友可以考慮入睡前把電話線拔了，起床後再插上，雙重保險。另外温馨提示，房間茶吧下面有一截煙灰，不會太影響我，但打掃時可以更仔細一些。
提個小建議，硬件及服務做到位，顧客自然會給好評，無需催促，也不用提供模板。我理解這可能是出於給顧客省事的貼心考慮，但對於我這種訂房時希望看到“活人”評價的顧客會適得其反。通常我出行給好評衹是打個分不會評論這麼多，但既然商家希望顧客多評價一些，我也不介意花點時間給出真實評價。沒有住宿拍照的習慣，就不提供照片了。
總的來説瑕不掩瑜吧，本次住宿體驗個人打分4.7/5，供其他朋友選擇。

酒店整體感覺很好，進入大堂給人一種很温馨的感覺，前枱面帶微笑主動問好，還很耐心的解答各種問題，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪很舒服，還有小機器人送物，早餐很豐盛，中西自助，很美味，停車很方便，大院停車場，附近設施齊全，有大型超市還有飯店，距離景區也很近，整體非常滿意，值得推薦
