房間比較寬敞 服務態度很好 衹是裝修略顯陳舊 但是非常滿意的是可以帶寵物！建議帶寵物去桂林旅遊的都去住全州維也納智好！

衞生一般般，隔音效果不咋地，有一點不滿意，就是房間的燈也太暗了，親子房的話，最後還是得要有個小房間，😑😑

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是商業街，前面就是中心廣場 。早餐的東西品種也多，也可以自己燙粉吃。前台人員服務態度也很好。房間裝飾也不錯。

不是很滿意，第一設施陳舊有味道，第二天氣很冷暖氣開一晚上都涼嗖嗖，第三窗户漏風所以靠窗的那一面很冷！！第四工作人員態度不好，應該是本地人的緣故説話非常不友好！第五兩台電梯竟然有一部是壞的，等很久！
