Facilities in building 3 are very old. The carpet in the room was all covered with stains and dusty. The bed was very comfortable though. I stayed for one night only and did not use the restaurant so I cannot say much about the service.

Asked for extra deposit when you arrive. The river nearby is very smelly. All other things are fine

完全不講道理，我入住當天下午兩點鐘到，房間沒有打掃好，讓我在大廳等了一個小時整，第二天我退房晚了一個半小時，提前給前台説了，前台説加時費一百，結果扣了288的按金，説是鐘點房，打電話過去説回電話給我，24小時都沒回復，有打電話圖片，酒店應該好好管理。失望透頂

如果不是節日期間房源緊張，不推薦帶孩子入住，體驗感差，服務嚴重滯後，房間小，設施較舊，有煙味，電梯響應速度偏慢。

到下午3點多才拿到房，前台服務態度很一般，酒店設施陳舊，地毯臟兮兮。就是離看演唱會的體育館稍微近點，不然都不會選它

酒店地理位置非常好，靠近泰禾廣場、摩天輪，晚上可以欣賞燈光音樂噴泉。但酒店的服務和設施真是我這次泉州之行所住酒店最差的，住的3號樓設施陳舊，衞生間下水道臭味不斷，因節日房間緊張也未能換房成功。真是後悔出發前就預訂了兩晚，續住的第二天房間服務更不到位，需要打電話才提供房間的用品。
