"Stopped as near motorway so could get get a good night sleep but unfortunately not! Could hear people walking and banging about next door the walls seem paper thin. People shouting outside and youngsters congregating in street, triple glazing desperately needed. Unsavoury people hanging about outside smoking pot and cigarettes , out of hotels hands I know. Had to park right down the bottom of street which was not lit up and long walk to carry things. Toilet seat broken which cleaner must have known about and bathroom door didn’t lock. £20 a night each dog which I was horrified about as previous night in"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Utopia in Girona! The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and any requests. Their hospitality really made our stay special. Overall, an excellent experience with fantastic service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Utopia to anyone visiting Girona!"

"The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel environment is good, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is also satisfactory. It is located in a hot spring town, producing many brands of mineral water, the most famous of which is Vichy Catalony. The hotel belongs to the water plant group. The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities. The breakfast is not very good, with few choices."

"Average Hotel in terms of accommodation but good for golfers. The shower with glass screens were a little odd if you are sharing with friends. Food in the pizzeria was excellent. But the bar shut quite early in the evening. However the main hotel is only a 5 to 6 minute stroll so not a major issue. But when ordering drinks be very specific as they kept getting the drinks orders wrong. Staff and service were excellent, especially Zack who was really helpful in arranging taxis and recommending restaurants. The Tour and Stadium courses were excellent, my favourite being the stadium as I found it more picturesque. I would come back but perhaps stay in the main hotel Camiral"

Can Cocollona

"A cosy hostel where you can easily strike up a conversation on the large kitchen table. The location is convenient: close to the train station, but a little further from the city centre. Nice, friendly atmosphere, partly due to the presence of a dog/cat. The decor is fairly basic. Don't expect a very modern hostel."
