Service and employees were horrible. Online the rooms looked great and they were horrible not enough shampoo and soap. The breakfast was supposed to be continental and all we got to eat was eggs with sausage and jam. Juice was not fresh it was Tang. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Es una instalación básica, algo vieja, pero funcional para alojamiento ideal para quienes van de paso por QUerétaro. Buen servicio del personal, pero nada espectacular, más bien funcional. Muy buen servicio en recepción y del personal en restaurante. El costo es muy adecuado Buena relación precio-calidad

La habitación es como se muestra en la foto. Pero huele no muy agradable, los blancos (sabanas, fundas y toallas) son viejas y se sienten sucias. El baño es viejo y no limpio. En mi estancia no había servicio de cable para la TV. A mi llegada no tenían registrada mi reservación y fue todo un tramite para que me la asignaran. La alberca estaba sucia y por lo tanto no se usa. El desayuno y el estacionamiento en general bien.

La relacion precio - calidad es excelente, las camas muy comodas y aunque no ocupamos la alberca se veia un poco descuidada, el desayuno excelente, la la ubicacion tambien es muy buena, ya tenemos hotel para nuestra proxima visita

Es un hotel de bajo costo pero eso no es justificación para que en los 5 días que estuve, no limpiaran la alberca. Justo renta en este lugar porque yo tenía trabajo y llevé a mi hijo adolescente. Nunca pudo disfrutar de la instalación pues cada día la alberca estaba más y más mohosa.
En los puntos buenos, las personas del restaurante fueron muy amables. El menú fue el mismo todos los días.
Se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones

Es un hotel con buena ubicación y las instalaciones son cómodas y acogedoras,el desayuno es bueno y la atención fue amable, la alberca aunque es pequeña es muy agradable ya que se puede estar en lasx sillas y poder vigilar a los niños
