The hotel was very good and it was very good and very good. The rooms are very comfortable and very comfortable. The hostel has a low-depth area for small and a deeper area, with chairs and tables with shadows, where you can taste drinks offered by the restaurant bar bar. The drinks quite expensive for my taste ... Our stay package included breakfast. The foods seemed to me of regular quality, very basic menu and with little variety, but they achieved their task that was to take something into the stomach before going to work! The hotel was designed and decorated with a very good style since you entered the reception and lobby of the hotel with stairs and candles ... very nice. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. I stayed at Hacienda Jurica for a quinceanera week with families from Queretaro State and friends from the United States. I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel and spa was very well staffed with consummate professionals always available to provide service and assistance. Always kind, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant from the delightful breakfast buffet, with special offerings on the weekend, to evening meals. The bar was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. And the swimming pool was a pleasure. There are a variety of other activities to enjoy that we just did not have the time to enjoy. The room was clean, modern and quite restful. We did not experience any issues but were confident if we did the professional staff would have been readily prepared to address any needs. The city is readily accessible by taxi or uber, with kind assistance from the front doormen, and we enjoyed several walks to the modern shopping center and just down the street to a small convenience store, though the Hacienda does offer a small store for necessities. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the service. Wonderful place.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The room they had originally assigned to us was not to our liking. While private and away from the main area, it was tucked away on the third floor in a corner and was dark and stuffy, the window did not open all the way, and the only view was a wall. We were promptly given a much nicer room. It was beautiful with a high ceiling and window that opened up to a small balcony and the cobblestone street below. The room was spotless, the bed linens were fresh, and Carmen did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy and making sure we had fresh towels every day. The shower was perfect with just the right amount of pressure and hot water. If you like to keep the windows open to let the fresh air in, it can get noisy at night. There was the occasional street vendor pulling his cart on the cobblestones, the noise of the traffic and the band playing at La Grupa upstairs, but once you closed the double-door windows, you couldn't hear the noise. During the day, the workers were refurbishing the ceiling and were right outside our room. They were not intrusive at all and were of no bother to us, but the manager, because of the inconvenience, kindly treated us to a complimentary dinner at La Grupa which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lovely vista from the rooftop restaurant. Thank you, Juan Jose! The hotel is full of history and charm. One can imagine the flurry of activity when Don Ignacio Perez hurriedly mounted his horse from this very place to deliver urgent news about the conspiracy 200 years ago. It is within walking distance to the beautiful squares, churches, and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were warm, friendly, professional, and eager to help. Truly a gem in the heart of Centro.
