酒店比較老了，裝修有點特色。不過服務真的好，主動介紹景點，女兒到酒店説肚子痛，就送了一杯紅糖薑茶。還有一個玩具獅子和點心小禮盒

最後一張是酒店旁邊沂河公園沂河的景色。酒店就在沂河公園旁邊，交通位置便利，公園適合散步，停車也很方便。特別值得一提的是酒店管家小孟的熱情周到服務：給長者拿行李、為長者房間及時解決電視空調問題、貼心的賀卡話語…服務意識和態度十分的好！望繼續保持發揚！代表孔孟之鄉的禮孝文化

雖然是四星級酒店但是服務絕對是五星了，有回家的感覺。賓館確定後，我們的貼心管家就和我們聯繫了，我們到了是晚上了，高雲管家給我準備了糕點，水果，酸奶和熱水，貼心至極，愛了！！房間如圖，很舒服，本人照相技術有限。無論是服務還是環境真是棒棒的！我們貼心的高雲管家還特意給我們找了漢服拍照！謝謝！！下次來還選擇這裏！！！

酒店在攜程上評分很高，所以選了他家，位置和服務都不錯，尤其是服務，能感覺到是用了心思的，管家服務比較有特色，入住前一天就有聯繫，貼心提醒，準備好了房型。在大堂還備有旅遊方面的温馨小提示，做成十多個小紙條，可以自取，有贈送的水果，自製點心，礦泉水。不過，整體感覺還是不太滿意，酒店設施太陳舊，房間很小，感覺搭配的沙發，靠墊，洗漱用具，尤其是洗澡拖鞋，真有年代感，太陳舊了。衞生也一般，馬桶雖説是功能挺多，但是馬桶圈上有污漬。酒店自身有餐廳，但是承接會議，所以散客吃飯不是很方便。早餐一般，中式居多，品種不算太多，能吃飽吧。總體感覺，服務的用心，遮蓋不了硬件的缺點，説是四星，有點勉強。
