Great villas We booked the villa with private swimming pool - it was fantastic! they are huge with a big swimming pool, super nicely decorated and with great privacy. But the rest of the resort is a bit strange - there are part of the resort totally abandoned- 3 huge building totally empty. Also the policy in the villa is too much : forbidden to take drinks or food to the villa if not huge fee !! Why having a big dining table for 8 people , a microwave and 3 small fridges in the villa ? It doesn’t make sense. My recommendation: book the villa and go to the fishing village Nohn Ly, to eat fresh seafood directly on the beach.

I and family had a great time here. We stayed at Resort for 3 nights in Beach front Villa. The landscape looks green and sunny. Pool of villa 3 bedroom looks large and nice concept. Beach is clean and wonderful for walking along. Staffs are friendly. See you next time!

The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed. Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach. If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!
