Our home we were placed in was beautiful! The kids loved our pool at the house and had a blast at the water park! The bedrooms were spacious ! Finns the restaurant deleivered delicious food to our house - we even had multiple times! The hot tub felt great and we had heated for the 2 day minimum! We loved our stay and all had a blast !

I booked through ******* but next day property texted me that my reservation is changed to 7 minutes away property which will have same amenities but when I checked in with whole family we found there is no swimming pool and it’s 7 minutes drive from main resort. Neighbors were yelling at us that we stole their trash bins (we had no clue about it). Ruined my whole family vacations and kids were very disappointed. Will never go back to this resort.

Nice clean houses. If you want to use the community "resort, pool, restaurant", I would recommend staying on the WEST side (not the EAST side properties). Resort area managed by another 3rd party, and requires it's own check-in and must buy food & drinks from them. Resort pool was supposed to be warm, but it was ice cold in Dec. There is a BBQ grill at the house but no gas tank ($30 extra charge). Pool and Jacuzzi are ice cold in Dec ($50 per day heating charge). Extra charges for housekeeping. Horrible alarm in the patio door, which you can't leave open, and must push a button to go in & out. Dull knives in the kitchen. Dead microwave in the kitchen. Living room sofas slide all over when you sit. Laundry and Dishwasher supplies only for two loads. Get SunPass for crazy toll roads.
Resort pool was advertised as hot/warm, but it wasn't. Private pool was ice cold in Dec. We paid $50/day to heat it up, and it didn't work for the first two days, and then when it worked it was too hot to use. Front desk refunded the heating money, and shut it down, and my kids were not able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi. Friendly staff, good service. Easy checkout instructions.

Customer service is lacking. We only said 2 nights but would have liked to have a personal call prior to our arrival to set up the hot tub. This wasn’t given to us prior so we couldn’t get it heated.
Also it was stressed to not park on the street but no regard to including the sidewalk in the driveway. My car was towed for less than 24 hours of parking over the sidewalk and cost over $200. When I called to complain all the customer service said was well sorry . THe house was nice and large but the floors and counters were filthy our feet were black at the end of the night and the counters had to be wiped before we ate anything. There were very few utensils, cutlery, and equipment for the kitchen. Towels were subpar not even hotel quality. There were no extra blankets for the beds.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Encore Resort. This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff are very professional and accommodating. We’re planning to make this our yearly getaway.

I previously stay at Reunion resort and had a great time back in March of 2023. This time i stayed i didn't have the same experience.
I rented the 7 Bed Room House located at 7448 Marker. We had the following issues which were all documented by the front desk but NEVER RESOLVED.
1. Direct TV not working in 5 of the 7 Bed Rooms
2. Sinks Not Draining Properly
3. Microwave did not function properly
4. An Exposed Rebar on the Property Grounds that was improperly covered caused injury to my daughter which required medical attention in nearby Kissimmee. They had not have anyone to treat her on that day.

This place we beautifully built. Our only disappointment is it wasnt cleaned thoroughly after the last party used it before we arrived. The downstairs bathroom was dirty. The upstairs we found bandaids. And a mattress had a pee stain. Overall the location is great the floor plan was amazing. The pool didn't heat properly and maintenence had to be called. A/c didn't flow well in a room. But overall the home was a happy place to stay at. Thank you

First we got what we haven’t order we order house with pool and jacuzzi and we got house with pool only
Bed (mattresses ) feel like you sleep on a piece of brick
Sectional smells like someone throughout on it
The house need deep cleaning
The money that the property charge not worth the place at all
I highly recommend NOT to stay there
