The breakfast was wonderful. One of the best I've seen. The rooms are old. The bathroom is old. Bathroom has only one small bar above the sink. Maybe 16 in by 4 in to store stuff. Think about that. That's not not much room at all. There's no dresser in the room. There is no clock in the room. There is no paintings on the walls in the room. Clean but very sp****. Location is not convenient to downtown shops, restaurants. Very limited restaurants in the area.

Great location a short walk to church and rainbow road. Very nice breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

The Hotel location was great - perfect for bus drops and tours - and also only 3 mins walk to bus stop 12 another central location.
Staff were so helpful and polite and accomodating.
Buffet breakfast was also more than ample with a great selection.
The rooms were very clean and functional - although relatively basic, but this was not due to the hotel, but more so down to accomodation generally in Iceland.
Location was right behind the main "*****" in reykjavic, and 5 mins from a great selection of bars and restaurants.
Great value for money and would certainly book again in the same chain

Great location. Good breakfast. The parking in front of the hotel is so expensive and they just don’t let you know upon arrival that you can park a lot cheaper (night time even free) just metres away!! We payed more than 5000 ISK the first evening/night and could have saved 4500 of that. Very poor information. The rooms are small and old,
if you wanna close the door, you have to slam it, the sink was broken, the shower really tiny. Room was not cleaned once in four days although we had asked for a cleaning every second day. For what we paid, I would not recommend the hotel.

The rooms are not exactly as advertised online. only the premier rooms are as advertised. kind of disappointed when checking in, no doubt the services of the staff were good. The standard room has mold smells to me, probably due to the cold and wet country.

A simple hotel. Nothing fancy but just what we needed.
Was nicely located in the downtown area. Completely walkable to restaurants, tourist areas, shops, etc.
