We wanted a week in the sun to relax. This resort was perfect for that. We stayed in the adults only area. The pools throughout the resort were stunning, very quiet. The food was lovely (we had a black card so ate in the a la carte all week). The staff were just amazing. Kosta, Jonida, Michali and Markel were the loveliest people you could ever meet. So professional and friendly at the same time. We will miss them the most, they are what made our stay just perfect, thank you. Room was big and our terrace area was right beside the pool, could not have wished for a better room. Really would recommend a stay here. You could also catch the bus into Rhodes right from the hotel. The one bad point was the mini club staff that booked the activities (tennis, golf, exercise classes etc). The stretch class was run by the mini club team and is advertised for an hour. If you were lucky you got half an hour, one day 15 minutes. The person taking the class were not trained in running stretch classes (she looks after the children at the mini club) and even asked us at one point what exercises we wanted to do. Every time you booked a tennis court with them they either forgot to put your name on the sheet or they double booked you. Arthur the manager there also took our name off our allotted time (never told us) and when we turned up to check we were booked in he said no the tennis coach had booked our time slot for a paying customer for the week so we could no longer have that slot. He lied as it was for room 4116 (who they double booked with us the day before and who complained and were slotted into our time slot for the week) and not for a coaching session. The hotel really need to do something about that side of things as it really does let the resort down as everywhere else is professional and on point.
