I was there for 10 days, I have stayed there in the past year and have always been happy there. The room has a kitchen and a separate bedroom and was quite spacious. I think it is a very good place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

the streets are in terrible condition to difficult to find the place the beach is cover by vendors and tables of the restaurants so how visitors can enjoy the most important thing THE BEACH

It was very poor in the area of courting short and no wide to cover the windows, the shower head broken,, the bedding dirty, and one day no electric, the following day no internet, and two days no cable

The rooms were spacious and I had a room which included a kitchen with a refrigerator. I did not like the white walls and really no decorations. Felt like a prison plus the air conditioning is turned off during the day which gets really hot. The only provided 2 towels for a 6 person room. They gave me 2 more but I had to ask. Will not stay here again

Very noisy,no toilet paper, room not cleaned, only sheet on bed,big gabs in door,door not secured properly,people barbecuing right in front of hotel, parting around pool, parking not secure. Hard to find, NOT RECOMMENDED, 3 flights to climb to room

El servicio para su precio, no está tan mal. Está limpio y son atentos. Fuimos todo un autobus. Pero uno de los cuartos tenia una fuga de agua que no podian solucionar y para cambiarnos a otro nos cobraron mucho, eso fue un abuso. Por otra parte, nos molestó mucho que nos exigieran la salida del hotel a las 11:00 am. y nos sacaron a esa hr. Argumentaron que el horario de salida es el de Guadalajara, que es de donde somos. Que el horario local no aplica para ellos. No entiendo el por qué institucionalizaron la salida de los hoteles a las 12:00 del día, es un abuso generalizado, cuando debe ser a las 14:00 o 15:00 hrs. Esto ya se está prestando a mas abusos como este de Tropical Suites de Los Ayala.
