Four star hotel on the beach. You go out through the cafeteria to the promenade of Rincón de la Victoria. In general the hotel is in very good condition and the staff very attentive and pleasant. The rooms with terrace. We did not try the breakfast or lunch service. Perhaps it could use an update in the decoration.

Hotel Rincón Sol is a very welcoming, clean with outstanding and friendly stuff in both reception and restaurant. The location is amazing and beautiful with a marvelous beach in the mid of Ricon de la Victoria. I stayed two times in April 2024 and enjoyed every second of my stay there. I thank the hotel from bottom of my heart and recommend this hotel 1000%.

The rooms are very clean and they have great facilities. The shower was powerful and the beds comfortable. Great location and friendly staff who were happy to help. The bus to Malaga is opposite the hotel. There is also many restaurants and cafes for snacks, lunch and dinner. I would recommend and come back to this hotel

Stayed for a week-end break. Our room was located on the 3rd floor street view. We did try to upgrade to a sea view but was advised the hotel was fully booked. Our room was adequate with comfortable beds and good shower with toiletries provided. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. The location was great, beach front and long promenade with ample of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay here and staff were happy to look after our luggage as our flight was later on in the day. Buses ran outside the hotel so quite easy to move around. I would stay here again.

We loved the hotel and have rated it highly because of our experience. The room was clean, the view was great, the staff were pleasant snd friendly. The location is good with bus stops close by with regular service to Malaga or Torre del Mar / Nerja. I would not hesitate booking again or recommending to family or friends. Good restaurants nearby and Salvador bakery opposite is lovely.

This is our third stay at this hotel, everything still the same no changes, hotel is very clean , room cleaned everyday , beds comfortable large shower which was very good, great location , friendly staff , the only downside is the hot breakfast items are not hot, but this would not put me off coming back

Professional people and old school Spanish authentic. We’ve been twice and will most certainly be back. Very good value. Tip. Book a sea facing room. The land facing rooms can be a tad noisy and less interesting.

Great location and super friendly staff. The room was hygienic and the atmosphere at the hotel was calm and pleasant. Easy access to Malaga city centre by bus. Bus stop right across the street from the hotel. Very happy with our stay! Only thing we missed was a smart TV, but with a view like this I’m not gonna complain. A perfect hotel for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Amazing location right by the beach - it was glorious to be able to wander out to the sea at any time of the day or night. Also very close to a bus stop with a bus that took us straight to city centre, and to some excellent restaurants. Very good service - they were patient with our questions, helped us promptly with everything we asked for from calling a taxi to lending us games to play.

Good base, beds all okay room as should be clean etc, the reception staff are helpful, local area has restaurants and bars, this is still very Spanish with very few English speakers, which is fine by me but might not suit others. You can get a bus into Malaga which is great really nice place to be. Overall was impressed by the place clean and tidy, with a nice enough beach. Nothing to complain about really.

Convienant hotel in a nice beach area. Great shops & plenty of beach front to walk along. Lots of local beach bars cafe & restaurants. Only onr night so would like to stay again

Really disappointed this time …. I’ve stayed at the Rincon Sol for years now; usually twice a year, the only time I’ve missed was during covid. Unfortunately this was the worst stay to date. I’d booked a sea view room and was unlucky to be given one of the small rooms on the left hand side as you look at the hotel from the beach. The room was tiny; it was a struggle to walk between the bottom of the bed and the desk. Width wise the room was not much better with very limited space between the bed and wardrobe, so I used the top of the refrigerator cabinet as my wardrobe. Bathroom was big enough although not that clean. There were 2 long black hairs in the shower the day we arrived, and 3 days later they were still there when we left. The floor in the room wasn’t particularly clean either. I wandered around the room bare foot and my feet were filthy. Similarly I’ve had better breakfast here in the past. The scrambled egg/ omelette was crusty and looked like it had been there for some hours. I really like Rincon, it’s much more Spanish than other resorts I’ve visited in this area, and normally like the Rincon Sol. It’s not a 5 star hotel but normally does a good enough job to keep me coming back. I hope my experience this time is a one off and they’re back to normal next time I visit.
