Atendimento no check in horrível, a pessoa que nos recepcionou, estava mais preocupada com o passaporte sanitário do que receber bem o hóspede, uma experiência depois de tanta hosposdagem, a das piores que pude observar no que diz respeito a atendimento.
Piscina seja.
Porta do quarto com paranho.
Banheiro uma gordura só
Porém contudo o atendimento é fundamental para qualquer negócio e faltou muito!!!

O quarto que ficamos tem uma porta que dá acesso ao outro quarto, sem isolamento acústico até o chuveiro incomoda.

Acomodações ruins, chuveiro sem funcionar direito, cobranças ilegais/abusivas no cardápio (ex: cobrança extra por uso de talheres e por cada minuto de uso do microondas para esquentar uma refeição), limpeza a desejar, café da manhã pobre, acesso péssimo (rua totalmente esburacada, dentre outras coisas.
