Our stay was very good, we didn't have any negative points, check-in and check-out were very quick, the room was super organized and clean, the breakfast was also very good, with a lot of variety. The only observation is that check-in and check-out times could be better.

Bad experience! Starting from the pressure of booking a luxury apartment, which includes a bathtub, it should be noted that the reason for choosing this accommodation is only because of this project!
When we got there, we found that there was no bathtub in the room, and when they complained, they said they could do nothing! ! !
To avoid further pressure, we let go. But it didn't stop there! We borrowed 2 glasses of wine and 1 corkscrew and were told they would not lend us! (?) Finally, after some persistence, they lent us two plastic cups and reluctantly opened our wine.
The next day, at 1:30 am before check-out, they knocked on the room and asked if we wanted to go out! ! ! Dissatisfied calling after 15 minutes.
I was very disappointed with this service. What's worse is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It seems that the walls have not been washed for a long time.

Infelizmente tive problemas com minha estadia e eles não faz questão alguma e ajudar resolver.
Empatia neste hotel não tem, administração deveria rever seus funcionários que fica na recepção.

O café da manhã não possui uma disposição boa para transitar pelo salão, o buffet fica em várias posições do salão. As bebidas do serviço de quarto são caras e a diária do estacionamento é salgado, não há opção de estacionamento rotativo. A piscina apesar bem apresentada possui uma escada que para pessoas mais pesadas pode quebrar e vc virar o mico da piscina. O restaurante possui poucas opções de pratos e um pouco com preço fora de mercado aos demais da região.
