Hotel Heaven @ Rushikesh 1. Rooms were not clean, 2. No proper Water supply in bathroom ( first day only hot water was available and second day only cold water available in bathroom) 3. Breakfast servings were not good 4. Few staff were rude while addressing issues. 5. Room floor was sticky 6. Housekeeping staff was not available to clean rooms ( staff replied, its a available only in limited hours) 7. Road to hotel is completely broken

Nice Hotel, Service are Good and Food are Awesome Roof Top Cafe and best thing inhouse parking and and Prime location in Tapovan rishikesh, we are recommended for every one visit in rishikesh Thanks

Excellent stay .The rooms are very well maintained cleaned and fully AC.The dining area is so good and you get to see a spectacular view which is great for clicking photos.The food is so tasty and service is good as well.Overall I liked everything.

IT WAS MEMORABLE STAY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY . THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM WAS AMAZING . THE STAFF WAS VERY COOPERATIVE .THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND HYGIENIC . SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT . SPECIALLY THANKS TO RISHAB BHAI WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THEIR JOBS WONDERFULLY ..............

Worst and terrible experience in my life. Poor quality rooms. Wastage of money. One must stay in dharamshala rather staying in Hotel JK heaven. Fair is of Five star hotel and services and quality of low grade hotels . I never recommend anyone.
