Gostops Rishikesh, Lakshman Jhula

The service was perhaps the worst I have ever experienced at a hostel. There was more staff than most hostels, but all of them just more useless than the other. Ask them for any cooperation and the answer is always no. The only time I saw the staff moving out of their seats and checking on rooms was to ask people to check out or to spoil the fun people were having at the common room. The hostel conducted zero activities, and when the residents decided to play music and have some fun - that was also problematic for the staff. There was no help or information er received from the hostel regarding adventure activities at rishikesh or transport tips to go around. The food is below average. We survived only because of the stalls nearby. To sum it up, no positives really about the hostel except that the location would be good - if lax*** jhula was operational.

Absolutely loved the experience. The interior, ambience, staff and vibe is unmatchable. Made some really good friends here and it’s perfect if your travelling solo. Coordinators were really sweet and I’m happy I got to meet such great souls. I’d 10/10 recommend Gostops to anyone who is visiting Rishikesh or any other place✨

It was my first solo trip and it didn’t feel like one. I met the coordinators at gostop who turned into family in no time. They were so welcoming and the other staff too were amazing. Felt like home at gostops. My experience was super good, would highly recommend others to go to this place too.

It was amazing to be part of such a place, it is the best place and the hosts were amazing, love to revisit some time soon , keep the crazy vibes alive :) 10/10 recommend the place for solo travellers.

Best place to stay in Rishikesh.... Neat n clean rooms.... Super helpful staff.... Great views from every room balcony... Amazing experience .... Terrace n common rooms are some of the best parts... Loved it...

A hell lot of negative points for this place. Staff is not at all polite. Basic hospitality is poor. Food doesn’t seem fresh. The dorm rooms are super tight, they could have given a little more space. Lift not working properly so guests are at their own risk. Terrible location, it’s very difficult to reach there if you are going by car. Checkin system is too complicated. The only good point is cleanliness

1st think contact number given on Google is not reachable . Pls call on +917275454822. Approach toward the hotel is worst , car 🚗 can't come u need walk & upward steep. Staff is not at all cooperative ( not all ). Mr Ravi is chill guy & helpfull But best think is restaurant is open 24x7 Rooftop interior is very nice. Rooms r neat & clean. Rooftop close at 10.00pm There r ***y monkeys around becareful Overall it's an sad place compared to other gostop.

Worst stay. Don't go for this go stop. It's too costly compared to other nearby Hotels. No room service available in the Hotels. If you are with Family don't ever try to go for this stay. You won't be able to carry your luggage. Their mobile number is also not listed in. If you raise any concern in their app they are least Bothered. Don't go for this go it's better to STOP 🛑

Amazing hostel I reached during my rishikesh trip, whoever coming to rishikesh don't miss this place, I feel the vibe of reaching kedarnath holy trip, hostel has amazing common area, meditation hall, cafe, especially their potato cheese balls, panner sandwich, hostel has good hosts to shubam(badusha), gilebi(karnika) they are wonderful, I felt like found a holy place.
