Rafa - Al Nuzhah

This is apar**ents not really a hotel. There is no restaurant and not possibility for breakfast on the facility. There is a VERY expensive cafe where you can buy coffee, water and some cakes, but around the corner is a cafe (“1 cafe” is the name) which is acceptable and more fair prices. The facility has cleaning and fresh water on request, so remember to ask for it every day. Generally a silent place after midnignt , for business I would come back for for sure not for vacation. No pool - no gym, nothing, just a room, but spacy and relatively quiet

I spent two nights at that hotel. However, no service room was provided. No water bottles were added on the second night. No coffee, Nescafe, or teas were added during the second night. Two nights for $257. It does not deserve this money.

Fairly good hotel at the hear of Riyadh. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms were good and spacious enough and the bed was comfy. The hotel is quite and clean. The reception people are friendly and helped us get an extension for check out till 6 pm for an additional of SAR 100. There is a nice coffee shop attached to the hotel (November Cafe). You get two complimentary water bottle at the room. It is a traditional hotel not like the global chain hotels in terms of luxury and facilities but it was good. On the other hand, the hotel did not offer a breakfast as this option is not there. In addition, you will be asked to pay a deposit of SAR 200 which will be returned to you in Cash even if you paid it by card. Moreover, I was late by only 30 minutes in the checkout, yet the hotel took a penalty of around SAR 20 deducted from the deposit.
