本想帶孩子中午睡個午覺，下午趕火車的。可是酒店電梯到樓層的鈴聲一直在響，樓道里也很亂，隔音非常差。而且剛睡半小時，就有客房服務敲門，問要不要打掃衞生。太氣人了。

訂房快二十年，第一個差評。 1.房間跟平台上完全不符，精裝變毛坯。前台回覆12張圖片最後兩張角落是這個房間，好吧，赤裸裸的欺騙。豪華家庭房就是毛坯加地板？ 2.兩個空調一個遙控器，還是壞的，調温度就關，半夜凍死起來調不了温度，而且燈光亮得不行兩晚上睡不好！ 3.家庭房的廁所一個平方都不到，小得可怕洗澡都不能轉身。 4.反映給前台完全沒有解決方案，沒有房間可以調整，也沒有任何措施。 唯一欣慰的是前台小姐姐態度還不錯，就是東西需要自己去拿，服務人手不夠。這個可以理解。 但是硬件真的差得令人髮指。長者孩子很失望！
