I randomly picked this hotel and location for a quick weekend getaway. I’m so glad I did. It was located in a great area. The hotel was very clean beautiful decor and staff was amazing.
Huge thank you to Patrice the bartender! She was so friendly, professional, and welcoming! I’ll definitely be back to stay anytime I’m in the area.

Customer service was spectacular. Very attentive. Hotel room was very clean. My only complaint were the pillows. They were comfortable. The gym was very nice and very clean. Will come again !
Oh yes, the parking was close enough but during a very cold day, was not ideal since it fills up fast.

First room had no working TV. No Maintenance on call.
Second Room had no Heat and was very cold.
Shower "trickled".
A very poor room layout & design.

Nice, clean, safe. 5 stars but only issue was the room above us decided to have a party until 5am. The hotel did their best at shutting it down. Would stay again.

We spent the first night in a 90 degree room. The air conditioner went out and we only had a fan. The staff moved us to another room in the AM, but that room register 80 degrees. It took our insistence to get a third room which was on a lower floor. It was very cool, but the shower was a wheel-chair shower and the water flooded the bathroom. Sorry, Aloft, we will not be back.

Very nice hotel. Staff members: DaeJah, Patrice and Boba were fantastic. We were on vacation and slept in until like 10am or so each day..... but that meant the housekeepers never returned to clean the room......4 days with no housekeeping. Luckily we had enough towels but our trash was overflowing.
We love the extras the hotel has, like pool-table, etc.
