I let Maria know ahead of time that we would be arriving late (9:00 pm). She also knew that I was traveling with my elderly mother and two young children. We arrived and Maria would not respond. I called and text her on WhatsApp for nearly two hours. We were literally on the street of downtown Rome late at night; my children were exhausted, scared, and crying. I finally made the difficult decision to book the only available hotel, a five star hotel that cost me 2,000€, which was extremely outside of my budget. To Maria’s credit, she did call me back one time… at 12:30 am! Which was after I had already booked and paid for the other luxury hotel. We were all so stressed and tired that we ended up missing our tour to the Vatican the next morning (which was the whole reason why we booked this place). We booked that tour months in advance and we missed it because of Maria. I honestly don’t understand how Maria could be so careless and disrespectful. I genuinely hope that no one else books this place to avoid having the same horrible, horrible experience my family did.

čistota, klid, poloha od Vatikánu a Vatikánských muzeí, dostupnost dalších památek, vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi, mikrovlnka, kávovar, v lednici byla voda, marmeláda a nutela od majitele k dispozici zdarma, též káva, cukr k dispozici. Cena.
Ubytování doporučuji.
- slabší vybavenost kuchyňky - chyběli šálky, byli jen malé skleničky, chyběl velký nůž na chleba a zeleninu.
