This is a scam and must avoid. We booked for October 18th and 19th and as per instructions tried calling the owner for check-in instructions well before 48 Hours. He never picked the call. When we reached we found there were several families like us waiting in front of Hotel and hoping the owner will pick the call. Not to be so. unfortunately no help from even booking platform and we need to manage alternatives ourself and became victim of this organized loot.

The place was closed (according to other people in the block). A family of 4 had been waiting 2 hours for a response from them. We tried to contact by phone and e mail, but no reponse. ******* eventually found us and the other family somewhere else. We had both paid in advance. Avoid
