Rome and the unit were great. Had problem's with the washing machine and dryer and our clothes were soaked. Never was really able to communicate with staff and they really didn't care to help. Had to air-dry all our clothes.

We brought our teen boys to Rome for their first trip to Europe and we had the most wonderful, magical stay at Piazzetta Margutta. We had B4 and it was huge, immaculate, absolutely gorgeous, quiet and perfectly set up for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the2 beautiful terraces, open floor plan, 3 luxurious bathrooms and fantastic mattresses. The WiFi was strong and even the mattress on the pull out couch was super comfy.
The location is magical as well. The whole area has a small town, neighborhood feel and we got acquainted with so many local shopkeepers and restaurant staff.
We highly, highly recommend Piazzetta Margutta!!!

Piazzeta Marguta was great. Me and my girlfriends really liked the place! Carol was great. The only drawback is the noice from the restsurant and they didnt finish until after 11pm.

The apartment was very spacious and nice! Air conditioning, Two bedrooms and bathrooms, and an additional pullout sofa bed. Lots of space. There is a washer/dryer, which was great. Although, it took a moment to figure out how to use the drying setting. There is a guest manual on the table, which states that your guide will show you how to use the machine, but guide said to read the manual, which had unclear and incorrect instructions. However, we figured it out. Also the one bedroom’s windows were into the courtyard of a restaurant. It was very loud until about midnight, so if you are a light sleeper, just be aware of that. The other rooms were very quiet so no issue there. I still rate it 5 stars because the location is amazing, apartment is great and very clean, right next to a main street, restaurants, and shops, and very easy to get around. Great experience.

I spend three days for my birthday with my sisters in that apartment and we just loved everything. The place is in a high class area but the cost is very affordable. The customer services is a plus and all the buses and areas of interest in Rome are nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone and sure will return. Thanks Carol for your attention.

Loved this property!! The apartment was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops, and walkable to many major tourist destinations. The apartment itself was well appointed, very comfortable and quiet! Communication with the management company was flawless - we would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

Nice hotel/apartment. Location is good. Surrounding restaurants are great. Sofa bed was not too comfortable. One small towel rack in bathroom. Nice to have a kitchen, but no napkins or paper towels. Small washer (with dry that didn’t work.) Beware. Apartment A7 is noisy! I would assume the Apartment above us as well. On the back/side alley there sounds like a recycling or trash dump. It starts at 6:30 am and goes for a few hours. It sounds like cans and bottles are being dumped into a machine. When I told reception, they seemed to be unaware if it… hmmm!😏

Great location, great size and decor in the apartment. Felt very welcome by the host/concierge. Lost a star for providing very minimal toiletries/amenities for 1-2 days for 3 guests when we were staying for 5 nights. Eg 4 coffee pods, two rolls of toilet paper and two small bottles of shampoo/Body wash. Everything else was fantastic, would highly recommend
