Firstly, the location was very good. Unfortunately thats the only possitive I have to say about our accomadation. We were met at the door by Miriam, who showed us to our room, but that was it, we didnt get any recommendations about close by cafes, restaurants or shops to get water etc.. Its not a suite it is a very basic room, which is outdated and filthy, the curtains did not work, the windows did not close properly, there was a constant draft in the room. The shower did not work properly and the bed matress was yellow underneath the sheets.. There was no iron in the room as stated in the description when we were booking. On departure, there was no one at the "reception" to check out so we had to leave the keys in the door and finf our own bag storage location because Miriam did not answer calls or text about our inquiry...

Well where should I start… the air conditioning that they say they have doesn’t work, it is broken. The toilet seat was broken off of the toilet. The shower head didn’t even work it was facing the wall. The tv is about an inch big. It looked nothing like the pictures at all. I do not recommend. My family won’t be finishing our stay we moved to a different hotel.

Fabulous location - I would have died in the heat of Rome otherwise; location really matters here. Very friendly hosts checking us in. Very quiet room. Extremely clean. Simply loved it!! City tax was also low ; no complaints overall. 5 stars in its category, 4 only compared to luxury hotels

Une catastrophe ! Pas d'accueil, pas de doubles vitrages, pas de petit déjeuner, pas de réceptionniste ni une personne de contact , pas de couettes supplémentaires, bref, bien placé mais une une mauvaise expérience

Pessimo..sporco e mal organizzati..veramente uno schifo.. ho pagato 270 una notte.........divano vecchissimo...il bagno sporco ..il frigo bar vuoto neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua...il bollitore che non funziona....

PESSIMA!!!!!!!!!!! veramente terribile Assistenza zero Check in programmato per le 14. Arriviamo alle 15 e la stanza é sporchissima dalle persone precedenti Chiamiamo e sembra che nessuno possa darci una risposta. Poi riusciamo a contattare la struttura, ci hanno risposto persone maleducate che sembrava che gliene venisse a loro. Noi ad aspettare con 40 gradi fuori una stanza che sarebbe dovuta essere pronta 1 ora prima. Persone dell’assistenza maleducatissime
