The suite is great! It's big and stylish, I like it very much👍Especially the breakfast area. It's really enjoyable to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sun and the street view! The sofa in the living room is a surprise. It opens into a big bed. The children like it very much and sleep all night. They are very happy!! Located in the city center, it is lively but not noisy. It is very convenient for eating and shopping! Like👍

Except for the small room, everything else is good. Good location, good service, and good breakfast. There are several doors to enter the hotel, and the security factor is also high. The room is in the next building, and the doorman will deliver it. If you put the things you bought at the hotel front desk, they will be delivered directly to the room. The room is really small, and the bed is very small. Compared with other European countries, the room in Rome is really the smallest.

The room was a pleasant surprise

The room booked a few days in advance was not confirmed, and this one was temporarily changed. Two rooms, two bathrooms, two double beds (one of which is a sofa bed), can accommodate four people. The location is very good, very close to the Spanish steps, five minutes walk to the church above the steps. It is very convenient to go to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, People's Square, and Wonavo Square, all within walking distance. The breakfast bar is good, there is a morning bar on every two floors, and the 24-hour front desk is 20 meters away from the corner of the street, and there is also a morning bar. So there are three breakfast places. Bread and egg drinks are enough. There is a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel, which is a lively neighborhood anyway.

Overall great stay and great hotel. Walkable to many local area attractions, including Trevi Fountains and Spanish Steps, and the staff was responsive. Breakfast was good, and would stay again.

Amazing property with super staff. Reception, housekeeping, dining room and breakfast room staff provide service that is beyond expectation. This was a return visit to Rome. We would not stay anywhere else! Seeing some of the same staff made our visit more enjoyable. Great area with more than enough eateries.

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating if the elevator had been working for our stay. We came back to the hotel early Saturday afternoon to find it was out of service. When we checked out on Monday, it was still out of service. Walking up and down 4 floors was unpleasant and no one even offered an apology. The concierge service was excellent on check-in and the staff friendly. The breakfast was small but nice. The rooms were comfortable, outside noise was scarcely heard, the shower had excellent water pressure, the housekeeping was spectacular and they kept the mini bar replenished without asking.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast on their rooftop balcony was magnificent.

Stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed it. We stayed at the luxury suites which is just around the corner of the main hotel. The hotel room was very clean and newly renovated. The bed was not the most comfortable. Just two beds stuck together. Also, this is not anything the hotel can control but since it is in a busy area, the noise makes it difficult to sleep. Otherwise we loved the hotel location. It is close to everything. All the major spots are within walking distance, specifically the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The breakfast was actually very good and there was a wide selection to choose from every morning. There’s also lots of restaurants around to choose from!

The hotel is in a very convenient location near the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Metro. Great shopping nearby. The room was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful.

Worth the stay But I didn’t receive the VIP benefits I was supposed to through my booking.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were all really friendly, especially the waiter that served us breakfast each morning, he couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in the luxury suites, the room was spacious for the 4 of us. We would all definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Rome
