Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Rome. First of all, the staff was fenomenal. Laura gave us the best welcome to Rome and recommendations for how to tour, attractions, and where to eat. Bea, and another gentleman we interacted with were fantastic as well. The room was very nice, beautiful and clean. The accommodations were spot on. Our only feedback would be to upgrade the WiFi service to a faster one as many international travelers depend on it. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome and it make us feel we were locals having the best time of our lives. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic location, plenty of options for food,espresso,apertivos, and of course Piazza Navona! Plenty big room with huge bathroom. Parking is across the bridge at the Parcheggio but only a 10 minute stroll no big deal, don’t expect street parking it won’t happen. Would happily stay again.

If you are able to get a room at Relais Rione Ponte, book it! Such a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rome but what stands out the most are the incredibly helpful and responsive staff. We arrived in Rome very late and were a last minute booking and they treated us like they had been waiting all year for our visit! Everything was wonderful and the location was perfect. Book now, and you won’t be disappointed. We hope to come back one day !

Really lovely little hotel in a perfect location. Super easy to walk to all the sights of Rome, with lots of excellent restaurants close by. Clean, comfortable room - the bathroom in our room was quite small with no window / fan so you did occasionally get a damp smell. But didn’t impact on our enjoyment of our trip. Would definitely stay again!

Special thanks to Beatrice. Thai hotel has only 9 rooms. Rooms are beautiful and it is within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. The Colloseum is a few blocks away and the Piazza Navona is right around the corner. We loved the location and our room

Lovely large clean room and bathroom. Staff very helpful providing info on nearby breakfast, restaurants and places to see. Great location next to Piazza Novona where you can relax and have a drink or meal. Central location surrounded by good restaurants with all main sights within reasonable walking distances. Reception on level 2 up marble stairs with old style lift which was fine once you knew this. A bit noisy but safe area with good secure access. Would return.
