Piazzetta De' Monti Suites

Amazing experience! It's sorta between an Airbnb and hotel, all amenities were great. Host- Giuseppe was very welcoming and super accommodating. The suite we had was a trio- double & king and it fit our family well. The room was overlooking the fountain. We enjoyed it thoroughly, very central to everything- coliseum is 4min walk. Will be back

The hotel is located very close to the Colosseum and The Forum. So close that you can see the Colosseum from the street. Many restaurants and areas to shop. Additionally all the other major sites are within walking distance and the metro is super close and easy to use. Giuseppe is the person we coordinated with. He is AMAZING! He provided so much help and was just a major pleasure. He was the first person we met in Rome and he set the stage well for an incredible stay. He provided us a great list of restaurants and as requested provide us places for specific things we were shopping for. He also was willing to book transportation for us to the airport. When we come back to Rome we will stay here again.

Lorenzo greeted me once I arrived outside the building. Outside the building doesn't justice the comfort I got inside the room. I was surprised to see my lil' cocoon after checked out from a 4* star chain hotel. Elevator was availabe so no issue for dragging my heavy luggage (after traveled already for 3 weeks). The room was petit but it was ok as am petit too haha. Cleanliness is superb. The details for the room is something I really love. The room smell was fresh and curtain was clean too (as am "blessed" with super sensitive nose and during stay had no issue at all). Location is within 10 min walk to Colloseum and 15 min walk to Travestere, and nearby to metro (just 5 min walk). Below is gelateria with nice pastries and there cafes and resto around. You won't go hungry. Double-sealed window so for me no issue to sleep although the fountain was always crowded until 2 am. But i do love Monti vibe! ... have no enough words to recommend this place ❤️

My room was the perfect size for one person. The double glass window provided quiet at night in the busy area. They give the option to not have housekeeping come in during your stay to be more eco-friendly and save on towel washing. Great location close to many restaurants and main tourist attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. They allow you to keep your luggage in the front office after your check-out time if you have a later departure as well. Very clean historic building.
