房間不大，是翻新酒店。入住當晚發現浴室燈壞了。
重點是電梯很小，一次衹能是一個人，坐電梯也需要走幾節階梯，不適合腿腳不便的或者是不喜歡爬樓梯

The hotel is not very big but this does not matter because the rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. It was at the 6th floor and you could see over Rome during the breakfast. The staff (especially Martina, Roxana and Joseph were extremely friendly and helpful!

We stayed 3 nights in total at this hotel. Location is great as it’s only a short 15minutes walk from the coliseum. The room was very functional, comfortable and spacious enough. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating we truly appreciated it.

The first thing you notice are the staff. Consistently friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and so so quiet. We loved the bed and bathroom was amazing. The area is safe and a nice distance from termini so no sketchy types around there. Great food places around and just a pleasant part of Rome

The location is far enough away from Termini not to feel dangerous. There are great shops and cafes around the hotel. Staff are the best here. So welcoming and friendly. Rooms really are sensational. I felt like I was the first guest to stay in the room it was so new and clean. They do a weird thing with the air con and you have to ask for it to be turned on. Other than that no issues. Would love to come back again. Beautiful hotel and staff are just wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, in a great location, the rooms are modern. The staff are really pleasent and always happy to help. A shout out to Joseph who was always going above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again. Rooftop bar is lovely with drinks priced really well.

Staff at check in were so nice and helpful.
Staff for rooftop breakfast was so nice and breakfast was good!
Location is close to train station, an easy walk.

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Friendly and helpful staff on rooftop restaurant, breakfast was good. Friendly cleaning staff! Memorable elevator:) Location is an easy walk to the train station. Some shopping and dining conveniently located.

Didn't like the long wait for check in, being given the wrong room, being put on the 5th floor with claustrophobia when I requested room with balcony because of this condition. My daughter with chronic fatigue syndrome having to walk up 5 flights of stairs every time. Being told I would get anither room the next day then not.
