Very pleasant stay!! A perfect location to roam around Rome, very close to all attractions. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente all’Hotel Genio. La posizione è perfetta: molto centrale, comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni di Roma a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e sicura. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci. Ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. La colazione era buona e varia, ideale per iniziare la giornata prima di esplorare la città. Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e torneremmo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

All the hotel staff are excellent, helpful, and offer great advice for sightseeing, especially Mr. Fabio. The panoramic view from the terrace is superb. Breakfast is decent. The bedding needs to be changed. Housekeeping is passable.

Overall enjoyable stay with good breakfast and amenities and service Would stay here again.

Very nice Hotel but in first day the reception guy seems a little bit not so easygoing.

This place is super close to everything ! But what I loved the most is their receptionist were top notch!!! Super nice and helpful and very attentive.

Room has a mouldy smell. Looks like a deteriorating bit of wallpaper and skirting board. Towels poor quality. Otherwise all good because it’s so close to Holy See and Pantheon and hop on hop off bus. Also, public buses right at door. Breakfast a bonus too.

The hotel is very close to attractions, within walking distance of the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, and more. The front desk can help store luggage, and breakfast is included every night.

We stayed at Hotel Genio for our honeymoon. The front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast was well-prepared. The location is also ideal for exploring Rome. City tax is paid at checkout.

The location is excellent. The noise level is probably the same as throughout Italy. On our second day, an organized group of tourists arrived for breakfast, and everyone showed up at once. So we had to wait for a table to become available and for food to be restocked. You can leave your luggage before check-in. The room is large. And the bathroom is absolutely enormous, compared to other hotels we've stayed in in Italy.

Perhaps it was just me, but I felt uneasy and scared as soon as I stepped into the hotel and checked into my room. The hotel and room had a musty smell, likely due to its age (around 120 years old). The wardrobe doors were broken, and the decor didn't suit me. The blankets were only the thickness of a sheet. There were two slightly worn pink blankets in the wardrobe, so I had to sleep with the lights on. My daughter told me the next day she had a nightmare. The breakfast was average. The hotel is within walking distance of nearby attractions, and there are two decent restaurants downstairs, one to the left of the hotel and the other diagonally opposite. A regular taxi from the airport to the hotel costs €55, a fixed price set by the government.

The location is perfect for walking around the city center. The building is a bit dated and the breakfast is basic, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The terrace and view are beautiful.

The facilities aren't state-of-the-art, but the location alone makes up for everything. I highly recommend this place to those who want to explore Rome's major attractions at will, especially travelers looking to enjoy the romance of the night!
