It's a hotel next to the train station, which costs 80 or 100 yuan a night in China. The soundproofing is very poor. I stayed in a room next to the bar. I couldn't change it, so I had to sleep in it. The guy at the front desk was nice.

The entrance was a bit hard to find but the room was nice

I stayed without meals. Although it was built several years ago, the room was clean. Also, the staff was kind and comfortable.

Unbeatable location and very attentive staff. The hotel is very old, which a priori does not give a very good image, however the beds are very comfortable and our stay has been very pleasant. For what we were looking for it has been a good choice. We wouldn't mind repeating. We have traveled as a couple with two children and the four of us stayed in a single room with 4 beds, so you can imagine what the size is like. Of the rooms. The building looks like a converted apar**ent building converted into a hotel, so I imagine each room will be different. The bathrooms are ugly, but they comply, they have hot water and they leave you more than enough soap and gel, to be able to take a warm shower after the hard walks. If you are on a tight budget and want something well located, this is your hotel. A 15-minute walk from the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and a thousand other wonders and just a couple of minutes from Termini station.

The front desk service is okay, but the room is hard to describe. The toilet is very small, and two people can't stand. And after check-in, the room is still in another building, and the name is not the name of the hotel. It's not far from termini

The hotel is average. like everything for the money near Termini. Of the advantages of a 24-hour front desk, it was convenient to leave luggage and walk before departure. Cons: Very noisy. The room was opposite the reception and it was heard all night how someone checked in or left, the cleanliness was average. As a stay we were short in the structure, the location is 200 meters from Termini station. With this prices you can't ask for much but in its small and clean

Conveniently located near Termini station Friendly staff I was able to leave my luggage before check-in. My luggage was already in the room when I checked in.

Structure in poor condition. Very poor cleaning .. raining from the ceiling. Emergency number does not exist. Zero for Value for money .. shameful.

The owner of the rooms is a very helpful person at all times, welcoming and friendly. The structure has an oriental style, a little old and not well cared for, but all in all for what it costs a night it is good value for money. It is located in an excellent spot a few meters from Termini station

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is shared with Hotel California next door - there are different corridors and floors for the different hotels. The room was basic but fine, it had air con and hot water but there were visible signs of wear like peeling paint and chips, however we weren’t in the hotel enough for it to bother us. The only annoying thing was we couldn’t let ourselves into our room, we had to buzz up from the street then a big door separated us from the corridor with our room, which needed to be opened by someone on reception. We saw other visitors having to hand their keys back to reception if they were staying in a different section and going out. However there was always someone on reception so it wasn’t a major issue.

Overall, the room was old, but it was nice with a table for the family and plenty of space to spread out various suitcases. However, the shower curtain is very old and dirty and needs to be replaced.

Size of the room and layout was perfect for a family of four, one double, two single beds. Room was a little tired, decor was dated. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor.
