Honestly, I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s that are nicer than this. Definitely nothing luxury about this place. Except maybe the name plaque out front. There is no parking anywhere close (2.5 km is the closest) so if you’re driving a car here this is not the place for you. If you do, make sure to pull up out front and unload luggage before finding a parking garage. We read reviews that the suites are nicer, but those are conveniently ’closed’ in the busiest summer season. When we booked, the reservation said check in on Sunday was between 9:30 am and 3 pm. We got 6 messages from the property 2 days before requesting the time we were going to arrive. Mind you I only had WiFi when I was at our hotel. When I said we would arrive in the afternoon, because we had a 3 hr drive to get here, I was told check in was at 11:30 am and any time after that would cost 60€. When I didn’t answer (again because I didn’t have WiFi at that time) I got a message that they wouldn’t charge for checkin after 11:30 but that I needed to tell them an exact time because they were only showing up to check us in. Ummm then change the check in times on the registration confirmation to reflect 11:30 am only. Just not a great first impression and def not impressed once we got here.

Fantastic long weekend stay. The most amazing service from host abs owner Maria who took great care of us during our whole stay. Recommended amazing restaurants and had tips for all attractions during the weekend. Will definitely come again!

Ottimo in un'ottima posizione a due passi da Trinità dei Monti. Il personale Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ad accontentare le nostre esigenze. Camera ben curata e pulita. Se ritorno a Roma e ci ritorno di sicuro, tornerò in questa struttura.

Avevamo prenotato un soggiorno per la notte di capodanno ( la notte del 31) due settimane prima. Quattro giorni prima ,dunque il 28, ci hanno chiamato dall'Hotel dicendoci che al piano di sotto avrebbero dovuto fare dei lavori e per non creare disagio ai loro ospiti, dunque noi, avrebbero chiuso le camere del piano di sopra e di conseguenza anche la nostra stanza. Quando ho richiesto informazioni più precise ,poiché mi sembrava strano che il 31 e l'1 si potessero svolgere lavori, il ragazzo ha cambiato versione dicendoci che i lavori non si svolgevano al piano di sotto ma nell'edificio davanti al loro Hotel. A quattro giorni da Capodanno non solo ci avevano lasciato senza un Hotel dove pernottare con giustificazioni insulse, ma non s i sono neanche preoccupati di trovarci una soluzione ,se non perché gliel'avessi chiesta io RICHIAMANDOLI. Tutto questo mi sembra alquanto vergognoso e non professionale.

Te duur voor wat het hotel te bieden heeft. Top locatie. Kamer gewoon goed zonder top te zijn. Personeel, service en onderhoud van de kamer maken veel goed en zorgen voor de hoge score. Reken niet op een goed ontbijt, dat is gewoon niet inbegrepen: tourist trap eerste klas. De bar op de hoek is heel OK, maar je betaalt bij voor wat je wil.

Par où commencer ? Effectivement l’hôtel est bien situé mais c’est tout. Les chambres sont petites, et très très très mal isolées. On a été réveillés plusieurs fois dans la nuit (6h et 2h) car on entend tous nos voisins (musique, voix, douche, portes et j’en passe) Le petit déjeuner ? Un pauvre croissant et si on a l’audace de demander plus on doit payer. En plus de cela on a eu le malheur d’avoir quelques heures sans eau et on a presque dû supplier pour que quelqu’un vienne remettre l’eau (coupé à tout l’étage). Cet hôtel n’a rien de « luxueux » c’est une honte et aucun geste commercial lorsqu’on fait part de notre mécontentement.
