Cenci Bed & Breakfast Fontana di Trevi

The location of the hotel is nothing to comment on, the Trevi Fountain is on the corner! Simple b&b, with simple breakfast, but the location for exploring the city makes up for it. The owners were friendly in giving tips about the city.

Spacious, clean room. Staff met us outside promptly to let us in. Very close to shopping and eating places.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain which was what we wanted. We had the annexe room for 3 people which was quite spacious and clean. There was no breakfast...but the cafe just outside had great coffee and morning pastries. The TV was a bit of a mess..make sure you log out of your own netflix account before you leave.

Perfect location, extremely good host and clean accommodation. The guy UDIN was very good in putting our worried mind at rest. Very kind and helpful. Responsible and redemptive host. All that we needed was there for us. Conveniently located to many attractions which were walkable. Big bus, metro and buses going to Roma termini were conveniently accessible too.

Noone to communicate. Difficult to arrive Hot water was too slow.

Hotel is decent, location is great, a block away from the fountain. Hotel room isn’t actually a hotel (atleast from American standards, it’s a subset of rooms in an apartment complex it seems. Stayed during winter time and room was a little stuffy, AC/fan didn’t work and just made loud buzzing noises, room would be awful in the summer time. Room is very loud with window open, alleyway echos noises a lot. Service was good, owner showed us how to use the keys and let us in early. Room is pretty average for the price, not amazing but decent since it’s cheap. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Shower was incredibly small, I’m a 6’ guy and I kept bumping into the shower walls, shower door also wouldn’t close all the way so water leaked out. No towel replacement service. The breakfast option is a voucher for coffee & croissant at a different location.

Uddin was very hospitable and helpful. Location is perfect, walkable to everywhere and very close to Trevi Fountain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone. The room is very spacious and clean. I vote 5-Stars.

I booked a three-night stay in this place with my partner as it’s near the famous Trevi fountain and the photos of the rooms in the website look spacious and modern. Also, apparently included in the price are landmark and city views plus breakfast. I thought not a bad deal. Arrived there a bit late due to flight delays and the guy who’s managing the B&B said that breakfast was not included when I asked what time they will be serving breakfast. I showed him the booking confirmation which entailed that I paid for the room and breakfast and he said he will double check and will give us breakfast vouchers to use in a nearby café. Vouchers were given but you can only order one coffee and a croissant! Some breakfast!!! They basically oversold the features of the room and lied about the views (our view was the other building’s windows)! On top of that, the toilet was dirty and the shower door kept being disconnected when you open and close it. We just consoled ourselves that we were in a gorgeous historical city and just enjoy the experience of being there. But £160.00 per night in this place was totally a rip-off!
