Angela was very welcoming and was usually available if anything was needed throughout the day time. The room was clean and comfortable and facilities were good. The neighbourhood is nice with a few local café's and newsagents nearby. Certainly a place worth returning to in future.

Very reasonable price for Rome. On 5th floor, but small elevator works fine. Location good, but need to take Bus or Subway to major sight-seeing attractions. No problem since Bus and Metro stops are 1 min away! Numerous decent restaurants within 15 min walk. 10 min metro ride from Termini train station. A little noisy as near busy intersection, but tolerable with windows closed. Heat pump provided. Heat works fine; didn't need cooling but assume that works too. Angela was attentive and helpful. Would stay here again!

The host is attentive and very pleasant. The room we had (n•5) was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a private bathroom with everything you needed. We had the pleasant surprise that our bed was made. Well located with the metro at your doorstep and the Colosseum a 15-minute walk away.

I booked a double room with the option of a shared bathroom. This was not a problem because the apartment is always tidy and clean! In general, it was an excellent experience, thanks also to the location, given that it is close to both the metro and the main buses, and at the same time, it is a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Furthermore, the owner Angela is very helpful and friendly, which made the trip better!

Very good in everything. The hostess, very nice. The large, comfortable room has an electric kettle and everything you need for a light breakfast. A small refrigerator. Heating to complete. I recommend it.
