Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. Rooms decorated in an art deco style and were stunning- very elaborate. Plenty of towels. Lovely breakfast with lovely views on the terrace. In a quiet location away from the crowds. Hot water was not working and this got sorted straight away. Very relaxed.

minutes ago on  Google 5 stars for location, as for us it was just prefect. In a quite street on the out skirts of Rome, but oh so easy to get into Rome. Just jump on the N913 bus and off you go. Get a taxi when you arrive as its just so much easier to get to the door. The rest of the time, Metro, bus, walk, its prefect. There is a fab restaurant at the bottom of the steps too which was an advantage. They sent us a video so we could do after hours check in. They gave as our room number as well we could not have asked for anything more, and the room was fabulous. The staff where friendly. The breakfast was fine. Loved it . Thank you

It's a beautiful cozy place, the people are so kind, this place it makes u feel like home. The cleaning is 10 out of 10. 💜 The area is so quiet, and you are soruonded by nature, you will alaways heard the birds singing.

Cercando un soggiorno per una notte a Roma ho provato a chiedere al l'antica dimora contessa Arrivabene. Ebbene per il prezzo pattuito, e da me accettato, ho avuto una stanza niente di che, bagno piccolo, un phon senza riduzione per presa tedesca. Insomma delusione totale. Preciso, la delusione è stata perché con 30 euro in più si sarebbe potuto avere una stanza NETTAMENTE migliore : più grande, più servita, più elegante, PIÙ insomma Mi domando: perché ho strapagato una stanza brutta rispetto ad un'altra che si sarebbe pagato nettamente meno rispetto al dovuto?

Posto molto bello, palazzo antico restaurato e camera spaziosa. Purtroppo c'è una colazione da hotel a 2 stelle e questo penalizza fortemente la mia recensione. È come andare ad un evento di gala lussuoso con pantaloncini corti e canotta. Bisogna essere all'altezza su tutti i servizi e la colazione è davvero penosa. Sarebbe consigliabile toglierla completamente se non c'è la possibilità di migliorarla. Per tutto il resto è 5 stelle.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo con il nostro bimbo di due anni. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, esteticamente molto bella e dotata di tutto il necessario compreso un lettino accanto al letto matrimoniale. La ragazza della reception (Jenny) è stata molto disponibile ed ha accolto le nostre richieste sia al momento del nostro arrivo che al momento della colazione proponendo diversi cibi e bevande in base alle esigenze nostre e del bimbo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo tornati a Roma, dopo parecchi anni ho ritrovato l'albergo in ottime condizioni, pulizia impeccabile, ospitalità suite da fare invidia ad hotel lussuosissimi, camere super rifinite, dai quadri, tendaggi, etc... Roof garden ultimo piano vista su Roma colazione all inclusive per tutti i gusti Consiglio vivamente Gianluca e Giancarlo M.
