前台特別有親和力，服務非常好。有免費停車場。飲用水是當地的泉水。早餐有粉和油茶。生態環境絕了，好幾衹不同種類的蛾子。

融安縣能訂到最好的酒店了吧算是，價格確實不高，但是説真的各方面都不行，前台連微笑服務都算不上，不冷不熱，有種我住她家的感覺。房間像是很久沒人住過，進去有股陳舊的味道。早餐甚至比不上快捷酒店的水平，去晚了連豆漿都打不出來了，衹打了半杯，最後還是出去吃了。各方面不如城市便捷酒店。

酒店房間很寬敞，早餐也方便，有地方特色的煮粉，有洗衣房，自助洗衣服很方便，也可以烘乾，酒店停車方便，地下停車，很好停，可以看整個融安縣的夜景，周圍環境也很安靜

當時預訂的時候寫着15點以前退房，3點下來退房卻被告知要收30元超時費，既然説了那我就正常付，但是前台在1點多的時候打電話到房間詢問了退房時間，我們説3點退，前台也沒有提醒退房時間以及要收超時費，這一點非常不滿意，看着是融安比較好的酒店所以才預訂，卻沒想到體驗感這麼差

訂了兩間房，4.3日晚8:40分左右辦理入住，前台服務員態度不好，教條。要求兩間房在同一樓層，服務員説：不行，已經安排好了，不能在一層。我問她：房間都沒有了嗎？她説有，但是不能安排在一層。我就納悶了，明明同一樓層有空房 ，你明明可以調劑，你就一句話 已經安排了 不行。這是什麼邏輯和態度？我説不要最後一間房，她説：不行，你訂房的時候沒有備註。已經安排好了。我真的氣笑了，我網上沒有備註我到了前台説就不行？ 一句安排好了 。可以回答客户的一切問題啊。這麼教條？我沒有辦理入住房間號就鎖死了？我住了這麼多的酒店，你們家這種風格是第一次見，5星級酒店都沒有你們傲慢！你們這個酒店我是不會再去住了。希望你們好自為之，好好培訓服務員。別以為全世界衹有你們一家酒店。太差了。差評差評

應該是融安條件較好的酒店，房間面積夠大，乾淨衞生，設施還不錯，花灑出水量大，洗澡很舒服。停車免費，地下停車場環境較差。第一次到融安，沒什麼景點好看，印象最深的是濾粉，好吃。

衞生：浴室和衞生間都很乾凈整潔

衞生，服務都不錯，尤其早餐。但被廁所噁心到了，浴室是透明的，連廁所都是透明的？？？弄個簾子很難嗎。廁所透明就算了，透明的廁所旁邊還有一面大鏡子，生怕別人看不見你拉粑粑？想打電話去前台問問，有沒公共廁所，結果電話打不通的。好無語。想問問電視怎麼開的，估計缺了個遙控，電話是壞的。反正被廁所和浴室噁心到了。你這個正經八百的酒店就非得搞的自己這麼低俗？
