酒店住着會沒有熱水的，剛準備洗澡，既然沒有熱水，打電話問前台前台説熱水需要維修，就算沒熱水前台也應該通知一下顧客吧，也好我們有個準備提前洗澡怎麼樣，而且早上刷牙，刷着刷着水龍頭就突然冒出一堆黃色的水出來，我差點都以為是糞水，還用這個水刷了牙，差點就吞了一小口，噁心的我早中晚都沒胃口吃飯，一整天想起這個水就想嘔吐，這家店我住了不少於30次，還頭一次遇到這種情況，下來退房跟前台反饋前台也愛理不搭的，這次真的差勁到極致了！

酒店位置靠近步行街，靠近汽車站和火車站，到雙龍溝和老君洞路程很近，交通很方便，出門就能打到車，周邊就是融水的商業中心購物、娛樂一應俱全。之前住了一次設施比較舊，最近重新裝修升級環境很好而且價格也很實惠，前台服務員態度也很好，下次還來住！
