After 3 weeks of steady travel throughout Argentina, House of Jasmines was a welcome experience. The accommodations were excellent with a casual elegance. The main house has multiple sitting areas and a very pleasing dining area. The food and service were impeccable! Breakfasts were a luxury treat also. We experienced fabulous, reasonable priced massages, pedicures as well as horseback riding. After our top rated adventure tour with Five Senses, this was pure relaxation. Well worth the price with excellent Staff!

Had an amazing stay at the hotel on the last day of a tour around the Salta and Juyjuy regions. The hotel is beautiful, an estancia that has been converted into a small luxury boutique hotel, with every detail considered. It was so tranquil and peaceful, and we spent our time riding bikes through the grounds and lying by the pool. We had both lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and both were excellent. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, but without being over attentive. We had to leave very early to catch a plane, and they even insisted on preparing a packed breakfast for us to take with us. It was our favourite hotel of the trip, and will definitely stay again if we come back.

From the warm welcome to final good-byes, the visit was wonderful. Lovely, comfortable room, fantastic views, great food, courteous staff, plenty to do on-site or just relax, House of Jasmines is a place to come and enjoy.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a “Superior” Room. Pros: The estate is lovely The common areas are charming and well decorated Breakfast was nice; service at breakfast was also good. The bed is comfortable All small requests were addressed quickly The room was clean Cons: The room is clean but very shabby. There is nothing charming about the room. It looks as if there has been little improvement since the 60s, except for painting a thick coat of paint over all of the surfaces repeatedly. There is rust on the lights, on the shower curtain rod, the toilets and sink are from the 60s. The closets smell musty. Bath towels, amenities, little furnishings are of low quality (except for the bed linens - they were nice) Pool didn’t have enough sunbeds. A hotel which holds itself out to be luxurious and relaxing should be able to anticipate the needs of their guests; this hotel does not know how to do that. When you ask for something, they will do it but that puts the burden on the guest. There are many little inconveniences and missteps, coupled with a tragedy of a room, which lead me to conclude this hotel is massively overpriced. I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a disappointment and not worth the price. If you choose to stay here anyway, go across the street to Jardin des Pizzas it’s amazing.

We travel a lot, but this is by far the best hotel I ever visited. First of all, the staff is amazing. They are all so friendly, and they all speak English. They are really helpful (park your car, help with the luggage, welcome drink, questions etc.). Secondly it’s the most beautiful place I ever visited. The room and private terrace is very spacious, clean and romantic. There is fresh fruit, water and tea in the room. The building is really authentic and beautiful. The nature around the building is even more beautiful. Words couldn’t do it justice. Thirdly, they have a lot of activities: children activities (pastry making, games, babysitting), empanada making lessons, biking, spa, gym, swimming pool, horsebackriding and bird watching. And at last the breakfast, the food in general and cocktails are amazing. The complementary breakfast was very various and you could even add some freshmade dishes to the buffet (tortilla eggs, pancakes with Dulce the ledge). The pancakes are the best I ever had in my life!

We stayed in a casita suite and thought it was very nice - but - the internet did not work the majority of the time we were there, which was rather disruptive. It was fine in the lobby and restaurant, but unless you wanted to walk over there it was no good in the outside. We advised the staff - and both days they said someone was working on it. The setting is beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Food and service in the lobby were top-notch.

On Carnival Monday we went to a nearby walk from Salta to Cabra Corral and Campo Quijano and on the way back we wanted to have a snack. To my surprise, they told me at the reception, that the cafeteria was not working because they were giving lunch. I had a similar response an hour earlier in the "Hotel del Dique" in Cabra Corral. I think it is a total sample of how a Hotel of that category should not work on holiday days

We stayed here for two days at the end of a week long trip to Salta and Cafayate. It’s an amazing property with impeccable staff who catered to our needs. We were in a suite with our two kids where they had thoughtfully put two beds for the kids. The gardens, property, and pool were fantastic and we really enjoyed relaxing here. The kids were entertained by the horses, birds, small playground, a foosball table and PlayStation. They’ve thought of all the details. When I mentioned that I wanted to use the gym early the next morning, the key to access the gym was in the door. We had several meals here and all were delicious; they have a great list of wines by the glass. My husband and I both had relaxing massages. We truly appreciate the care we were given! We are already planning a return trip or to a sister property in Cordoba. Thank you!

With the Andes as your backdrop and the manicured lawns surrounding the pool and restaurant, while the local falcons (carancho) and other bird life walk (sic) and fly by - what more could you want? Hardwood sofas with cushions in the gardens under young oak trees, traditional adobe cottages - cowboy/gaucho style. We were a little worried with the Relais & Chateau thing, that it might be too corporate or touristy, but no, it was really friendly, great hospitality. The “activities” were perhaps more for marketing the website than for real, but frankly who cares - the charm of the setting and the authentic style of this estancia were fabulous.
