The reception manager's trea**ent was irreverent and aggressive. When I booked I called to ensure parking but upon arrival they told me that it is subject to availability and that they had already occupied it, leaving my car in front of the hotel. The hotel is ok and the room is nice but I am sure there’re better places to stay in Rosario.

Bad hotel. The room had dirty carpets and a filthy air conditioning outlet. It looked like a museum room. Infested with mosquitoes. Dirty and smelly bathroom. The manager said she was from the city but the competing hotel did not have mosquitoes on the premises. When I informed that I was going to leave, they imposed a fine without me having signed any paper. THEY PASSED MY CARD WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. Improper use of the card.
