Le voisinage est très bruyant avec du tambour et des basses la nuit entre 23h00 et 3h00 du matin.
Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et c'est bien !
L'accueil de la clientèle est réduit à donner la clé. Nous aurions aimé être informé de la disponibilité du WiFi et des horaires du petit déjeuner.

Bad war leider nicht sauber inkl Hinterlassenschaften in der Toilette. Nachts super laut, da direkt hinter dem Hotel eine Disko oder Club ist. Bis 3:00h sehr laut so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist bis 5:00h immerhin so laut dass man es hört. Türen, Wände und Fenster sehr hellhörig so dass man immer irgendwie was hört vom Gang oder nebenan. Die Parkplätze sind nicht am Hotel sondern in einiger Entfernung auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Preis Leistung passt in keinster Weise zusammen, ein mal und nie wieder.

Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug und auch keinen eigenen Parkplatz obwohl so angegeben. Kostenloses Parken ist nur ca. 300-400 Meter auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz möglich. Besser im Parkhaus 7 der Stadt Rosenheim parken. Kostet 10 Euro pro 24 Stunden und ist nur etwa 200 Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist nur ein paar Schritte.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage zum Stadtzentrum, sehr gutes Frühstück und vor allem äußerst freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Leider hatten wir unser Zimmer auf der Straßenseite über einer Bar - das war dann schon etwas laut während der Nacht .... ist halt so an einem Wochenende in einer Stadt
Das war kein großes Problem für uns

Der Gasthof wird von einem sehr freundlichen , empathischen Personal bewirtet, wenn man ihn bucht, weiß man ja das man urig , zünftig erwartet und so ist es auch. Die Zimmer okay und sauber , die Lage für Tagesausflüge perfekt, der kostenlose Parkplatz gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , kostenpflichtig geht es auch direkt vor und hinter dem Hotel. Das Frühstück absolut ausreichend für unseren Geschmack . Alles in allem stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Vi ankom inden for det noteret tidsrum for indtjekning, men fandt ingen i receptionen. Der var placeret et skilt med informationer, men kun på tysk. Ellers fint ophold. Anbefales kun til en enkelt overnatning på køreturen mod varmere himmelstrøg
