Traditional room in annex building with separate toilet, shower and bathtube. Some hooks for towels and coats could be useful. Terrace in front of the room. Cleaning could be improved, e.g. fresh towels. Nice pool and welness area although a bit small for the whole hotel. Free parking. Huge breakfast on the beautiful terrace.

Very nice hotel in a castle with a great breakfast (that is expensive and not included) and a Spa. The Spa is small but would be very nice, it just should be cleaned more often (especially windows and mirrors). The price for staying is absolutely fair but you have to consider that there is no breakfast or dinner included, which makes it cheaper.

Great place, 30 minute walk from train station and 15 minutes from the Village. Spa is very good, with indoor pool, jacuzzi and Sauna. Lovely views from there, and excellent breakfast (totally worth the €25) The restaurant is also very good, although if you look for cheaper prices you can walk to the village. Totally recommend this for a weekend!!

This stylish old castle allies comfort and delicate luxury. Each room looks like an exotic time travel. Most of all: the staff is genuinely welcoming. Not only are they proactive , they can also prove very reactive to last minute request. I celebrated my daughter's 18-years birthday with the family and she has been delighted from start to finish.

Very comfortable stay in a pleasant (? Family-run ) hotel. Old-fashioned decor, but the room was spacious, and comfortable with magnificent views over the Rhine towards Germany. Air-conditioning was definitely a bonus as it was 30 to 32°C. while we were there. We only ate one dinner in the restaurant – Great food, service and ambience, a little on the pricey side, but it was definitely an occasion.

I had driven past here on previous visits to Alsace and always fancied staying. So early January I went there with a friend for a couple of nights. On first appearance all looked quite nice however the rooms that i had were disappointing. The first had curtains that did not close , a bath with someone’s hair in it and a shower/tap that didn’t work properly. Next room offered a dirty/dusty bathroom and chipped dirty furniture. The room my friend had was fine he said We only used the bar for drinks as restaurant was fully booked so can’t comment on food

We had an Excellent stay. St Sylvestre dinner was amazing Very comfortable room. Used the excellent spa a couple of times. In centre of wine route with many interesting and beautiful villages to visit.

Understanding that it is an old castle, I do think that the property has not been kept on prime condition. The bathroom was outdated and did not meet the price of the room. towels, and bed linen were not the best. The minibar was hot! Tesla charger was not working. Food at the restaurant was perfect. Would visit again!
