在攜程網上預訂，辦理入住酒店後，酒店房間在二樓沒有電梯，客房內空間太小，感覺沒有 18 平米，浴巾毛巾質量衞生很次，酒店有提供一次性浴巾（收費的），因為靠馬路旁邊酒店房間噪音很大，一夜沒休息好。攜程訂單為酒店房間包含早餐，早上八點點到酒店前台問早餐時，服務員回答的是因疫情原因，早餐取消了，後來給了一個 10 元的代金券，讓到馬路對面去吃麪條，拿着餐捲過去一看，所有麪條一碗都不多，自己還多花了 10 元， 感覺酒店欺騙消費者，試問一下，酒店在客户訂房的時候為什麼不説清楚，欺騙消費者，差評！差評！

前台服務態度很好，房間衞生很乾凈，服務態度也很好，交通也很方便，外灘很熱鬧，晚上可以到外灘看看風景，
